Describe the complete system and separate its components in the cargo list. A charger, an inverter and an energy storage unit can have different transport characteristics. Include manufacturer information, model, nameplate photos and the intended configuration so the assessment is based on the goods being shipped.
Plan the handling requirements
For batteries, provide known chemistry, capacity with units, voltage, quantity and whether they are standalone, packed with equipment or installed. State condition clearly, including used or damaged status. Share available test and shipping documentation for professional review. Providing these details does not confirm carrier acceptance.
Agree checks and delivery scope
Keep technical suitability and transport feasibility as separate decisions. Agree who reviews compatibility and installation requirements at the destination and who confirms packaging and carrier conditions. Do not dispatch to the warehouse before the team has confirmed whether the proposed cargo can be received and assessed.

Illustrative planning example, not a customer case: a seller describes an order only as a solar kit. Ask for a component list and clarification of whether storage batteries are included. Separate package dimensions and weights for each component group. If battery information is missing, keep that item open for professional review before requesting collection instructions.
Name the person who can resolve technical questions
Provide a manufacturer or supplier contact able to answer configuration questions and identify the exact model. Keep electrical design and installation decisions with a qualified technical party. Do not send goods to the warehouse while acceptance or receiving arrangements remain unresolved; request confirmation for the identified cargo first.
