Choose how to start the conversation
Use the email, telephone or WhatsApp details below to discuss your goods and destination directly. If you already have a request or shipment reference, include it so the conversation can be connected to the right record.
You can also prepare a structured shipment brief. In the current preview, that form saves the request and provides a reference and downloadable summary. It does not send an email or book transport. To discuss the saved request, contact the team directly and share the reference and relevant details.
Include these details in your first message
- The product name, quantity and supplier or collection location.
- The Gulf destination and final receiving city.
- The order stage: considering a purchase, in production or ready for collection.
- Package count, outside dimensions and gross weight, if available.
- Your priority, any required date, and the preparation work you want assessed.
Mark unknown measurements or dates as pending. Mention batteries, liquids, fragile items or unusual handling needs so the team can ask the relevant follow-up questions. A product link or clear description is useful when final packing information is not yet available.
Before sending goods to the warehouse
Confirm receiving instructions for the actual order, including the contact, address, package references and any agreed checks. A contact address on this page is not an instruction to dispatch goods. See the warehouse receiving guide for the information to prepare.
For an existing delivery issue, provide the shipment reference, what happened and the current receiving contact. Keep observations and supporting records together using the delivery exception guide.
