This notice describes the current GCC4WD local preview and its inquiry workflow. Public hosting and live shipment services require a further review before launch.
1. Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small values a website stores in your browser and can receive with later requests. Session storage is a separate browser feature scoped to a site and a tab. Server-side database records are not cookies. This policy covers the current local GCC4WD installation and should be reviewed again whenever hosting, plugins or third-party features change.
2. Current visitor experience
The current theme does not set advertising or analytics cookies and has no analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social chat widgets configured. Ordinary public page browsing does not require a visitor account. We have not added an “Accept all” banner for tracking categories that are not installed.
The inquiry form uses browser session storage to preserve route and cargo details. WordPress uses functional cookies when you visit the login screen or sign in to administer the site. Browser extensions and other websites may store additional data outside our control.

WordPress cookie names have installation- or user-specific suffixes. Lifetimes can change through configuration; the expiry shown in your browser is authoritative for a stored cookie.
4. Manage drafts and cookies
On the inquiry page, choose Discard draft when the restore prompt is shown. You can also clear a saved draft in this tab using the button below. This removes browser draft storage only; it does not delete an inquiry already submitted, erase a downloaded summary or clear another tab. Editing the inquiry form again can create a new draft.
Use your browser’s site-data settings to clear stored drafts when JavaScript is disabled.
Your browser’s privacy settings let you inspect or delete cookies and site data and restrict future storage. Blocking cookies can prevent administrator login. Blocking session storage disables draft recovery, although the inquiry form can still submit. Clearing this site’s cookies can sign you out.
5. External services and future changes
Following a WhatsApp or JetonDock link opens an external service that may use its own cookies. A mail link opens your chosen email application. Consult those providers’ policies before using them. They are not embedded trackers on this site.
If analytics, advertising, embedded tools or new hosting features are introduced, this inventory must be updated and any required consent controls implemented before optional technologies are activated. The current notice does not authorise future tracking.
6. Contact and related policy
