1. About these terms

These terms describe use of the GCC4WD website provided by JETON EXPRESS SERVICE (HONGKONG) LTD. References to “you” include a visitor and, where authorised, the business they represent. Please read these terms before using the site or submitting an inquiry. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data handling.

2. Website scope and inquiry status

GCC4WD provides information about potential logistics support for the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Availability depends on cargo, origin, destination and the chosen provider. The current website is a local preview.

An inquiry or its reference confirms only that information has been saved. It is not an accepted order, binding freight quote, transport reservation, customs declaration, insurance policy or payment receipt. This site does not take payments, issue live rates or connect to carrier tracking APIs.

3. Quotes and separate service agreements

Before work starts, obtain and accept a written arrangement specifying the contracting entity, service scope, carrier or agent role, route, cargo acceptance, price, currency, quote validity, payment terms and delivery responsibilities. Applicable transport documents, mandatory law and any separately agreed service terms govern the actual shipment. These website terms do not supply missing booking conditions.

Estimates can change after final weight and dimensions, carrier availability, exchange rates, fuel or security surcharges and destination requirements are confirmed. Confirm whether duties, taxes, customs clearance, inspection, insurance, storage, demurrage, detention and final delivery are included. No all-inclusive or duty-paid service is implied by a website description.

4. Your information and authority

Provide accurate contact, route and cargo information and correct material changes before a service is agreed. Identify batteries, liquids, hazardous materials, fragile goods and other special handling needs. Do not misdescribe goods, values, quantities or intended use. You must have authority to act for any business or person whose details you submit.

Do not send goods to a warehouse or collection address until receiving instructions have been confirmed. Providing an address on this website does not authorise delivery or establish a storage agreement.

5. Customs, restrictions and delivery estimates

Shipment acceptance is subject to applicable import/export rules, carrier restrictions, permits and documentation. Confirm the importer/exporter of record, classification, declared value, licences and tax responsibilities with the appointed professionals before dispatch. General destination articles are preparation guidance, not a customs ruling or assurance of clearance.

Any illustrative transit time is an estimate unless a specific guarantee is agreed in writing. Customs examinations, documentation issues, weather, disruption and recipient availability may affect schedules. Published guidance may change and should be checked with the relevant authority or service provider.

6. Insurance, cancellations and claims

Cargo insurance is not automatically included. Ask about available cover, exclusions, insured value and the claims process before dispatch; a request for insurance is not evidence that cover is in force.

Booking changes, cancellation fees, refunds and claims deadlines must be stated in the applicable service agreement or transport document. The local inquiry form creates no paid booking and therefore no website booking cancellation charge. For an actual shipment issue, promptly contact the contracting provider and retain invoices, packaging, photos and transport records. These website terms create no new claim deadline or compensation limit.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse forms, send unlawful or misleading content, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website. Use downloaded checklists for your shipment planning and internal business work. Website branding and original content remain subject to the rights of their owners; third-party logos, images and references belong to their respective owners. Do not imply endorsement or redistribute material in a way that infringes those rights.

External carrier, authority, WhatsApp and JetonDock links are provided for convenience. Their operators control their services and terms. A link does not guarantee availability or the accuracy of third-party information. Verify payment instructions through a trusted contact before making any payment outside this website.

We aim to keep website information useful, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every article is complete and current. Check shipment-specific requirements before relying on general material to make a commercial decision.

9. Responsibility and applicable protections

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided for general guidance without a guarantee of a particular commercial outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts mandatory consumer rights or replaces obligations under an agreed transport contract. 10. Changes, questions and disputes

Changes to these website terms will be posted with an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an already agreed shipment contract. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law.
