Use one PACKAGE block for each physical package. Keep a shared shipment
reference, but do not repeat a package's gross weight for every product
inside it. This preparation worksheet is not a customs declaration and
does not establish a carrier charging basis.

MEASUREMENT NOTES
Measure outside the finished packaging, including pallets and projections.
Update the list after repacking. State the units; do not mix centimetres
and metres in one calculation. Keep the volume of the finished package
separate from the sum of its unpacked products.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE — NOT A CUSTOMER RECORD
Two separate cartons each measure 60 x 40 x 50 cm.
Per carton: 0.60 x 0.40 x 0.50 = 0.12 m3.
Two-carton total: 0.24 m3.
If both are then palletised, record and measure the finished palletised
package again. Do not add the old carton volume to the new pallet volume.
Physical volume alone is not a freight-price or chargeable-weight quote.

3. FINAL CHECK
[ ] Package IDs match labels, photographs and release instructions.
[ ] Product quantities have explicit units.
[ ] Gross weights are added once per physical package.
[ ] Final count and dimensions reflect any repacking.
[ ] Estimates and unknown fields are marked clearly.
